The organization would be very much benefit from Ryan Poehling reaching some level of his ceiling to become a reliable centre with some offence at the NHL level.
All you are looking for from Poehling is that he lands an NHLer. That he is not a bust. Fourth line playing smart D as a centre and contributing around 10-25-35 would be sufficient.
